Wet roads with a bit of snow have created slower-than-normal conditions in the south metro.

On northbound Cedar Avenue, plan on 18 minutes from County Road 42 to 494.

On northbound 35W, things are plugged up from Kenwood Trail to the Minnesota River. It's 15 minutes through there. Things pick up once you get into Bloomington.

On Hwy. 55 at Pine Bend Trail, a multi-vehicle crash is slowing traffic in both directions.

On westbound 94, the drive from Manning Avenue to downtown St. Paul is 19 minutes.

You'll find congestion on southbound 35E from 694 to 94, and on westbound Hwy. 36 from 35E to Fairview Avenue. That drive will take 14 minutes.
