7:15 a.m. update: Stall in St. Paul gone; new crash in Eagan

The stall blocking the ramp from Plato Blvd. to southbound Hwy. 52 has cleared. Traffic on northbound 52 is moving well with minor congestion just before 7th Street.

The stall blocking the ramp from Plato Blvd. to southbound Hwy. 52 has cleared. Traffic on northbound 52 is moving well with minor congestion just before 7th Street.

Watch out for an accident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian on Pilot Knob Road at Duckwood Drive in Eagan.

The drive on southbound 494 is up to 15 minutes from 94 to 394. Traffic bunches up between Bass Lake Road and Hwy. 55.

On northbound Cedar Avenue, traffic slows just a bit at the Minnesota River bridge. That will add only 1 to 2 minutes to the drive.

The ususal slow spots are in place on southbound 35W from Hwy. 10 to 694 and southbound 35E from 694 down to University Avenue.
