After a flurry of wrecks on southbound 35W in the Blaine and Mounds View area, and another that caused lanes of 35E in both directions at Maryland Avenue to be closed, things have quieted down in the past 20 minutes.

Still, it's a difficult drive on southbound 35E from 694 to downtown St. Paul. Traffic is still trying to recover from the earlier crash.

Southbound 35W is tight from 95th Avenue to 694, but it is improving.

Southbound 169 is packed from 77th Avenue in Brooklyn Park to 394. That is 25 minutes.

Fog is part of the reason for the slow down on westbound 494 across the Wacouta Bridge in Newport.
