Commuters are inching along on westbound I-94 heading into St. Paul. A crash involving three vehicles is blocking the left shoulder at Mounds Blvd. The slow down begins at near Century Avenue.

Look for a stall on the right shoulder of eastbound 94 at 494 in Maple Grove. The drive in from Rogers, Hwy. 101, is currently 17 to 20 minutes.

Westbound Hwy. 610 is crammed from Coon Rapids Blvd. to Hwy. 252 in Brooklyn Park. Add an extra 3 to 5 minutes to the drive.

Westbound Hwy. 36 is filling in quickly from Dale Street to 35W. That's 10 minutes and rising at this hour.
