7:15 a.m. update: Rollover on I-35 in Burnsville

Traffic is sluggish on northbound I-35 from 195th Street up to County Road 46 due to a snow removal crew that had the right lane closed at County 50 earlier this morning. Ahead, a rollover crash at County 42 is slowing traffic approaching the Burnsville split.
