Commuters on northbound Cedar Avenue are not moving fast, and it's due to heavy traffic. Travel time from McAndrews Road up to the Crosstown is at 21 minutes.

Northbound 35W is experiencing stagnation, too, with 15 minutes from County 42 up to Crosstown.

Westbound 94 in St. Paul bogs down from McKnight Road into downtown St. Paul. It's 24 minutes from Manning Avenue in Woodbury to 35E.

Westbound Hwy. 36 is creeping along from 35E to 35W, with 14 minutes needed.

Southbound Hwy. 100 is tight from 94 down to 36th Avenue in Crystal.

Southbound Hwy. 169 slows approaching an accident at 85th Avenue in Brooklyn Park.
