7:15 a.m. update: Looking much better on 94 in east metro

After a rough start with a full road closure and crash at White Bear Avenue, all incidents on westbound 94 have cleared. Traffic is heavy, but it is flowing. Plan on 12 minutes from 694 over to 35E.

After a rough start with a full road closure and crash at White Bear Avenue, all incidents on westbound 94 have cleared. Traffic is heavy, but it is flowing. Plan on 12 minutes from 694 over to 35E.

In the south metro, northbound 169 has minor slowing from Hwy. 101 up to 494. That is 9 minutes.

Crashes and stalls on westbound 494 have cleared, but congestion remains from Hwy. 5 over to Hwy. 100. That is 10 minutes.

The drive on westbound Hwy. 36 will take you 12 minutes from Hwy. 61 over to Fairview Avenue. You'll need the same amount of time to get from 94 to 394 on southbound 494.

Southbound Hwy. 169 is looking good with only 13 minutes needed from 94 down to 394.

No problems on eastbound Hwy 212 through Eden Prairie.

In the north metro, look for a bit of slowing on 694 in both directions from 35E to 35W. That is only adding a couple extra minutes to the drive.

On southbound 35W, it's 15 minutes from Lake Drive down to Hwy. 280.
