Driving conditions are good for the morning metro commute. A couple of strong afternoon thunderstorms could create a slightly different story for the ride home today,

The latest Twin Cities blockage is on Hwy. 169, where a crash on the southbound exit at Rockford Road is blocking the right shoulder.
