A wreck on the right shoulder of eastbound 694 at 5th Avenue in New Brighton is adding to delays. Traffic comes to a crawl at Silver Lake Road.

Westbound traffic is tight from Rice Street to 35W. That will take about 10 minutes.

Our other busy spot is on 494 in both directions between Cedar Avenue and West Bush Lake Road. That drive will take 15 to 18 minutes.
