A tow truck was finally able to pull the big rig that was blocking the ramp from westbound I-494 to southbound Hwy. 169 out of the way. The ramp is now a back open. It had been closed for about 45 minutes.

A fender bender on northbound 35W at Chicago Avenue is enough to jam up traffic from Lake Street into downtown Minneapolis.

Look for a fire truck and rescue personnel on the scene of a wreck on southbound Hwy. 5 at Hwy. 55. Look for some slow downs on W. 7th Street approaching the area.
