All southbound traffic on Hwy. 100 is being diverted off onto the ramp to 42nd Avenue in Robbinsdale as police deal with an unfolding situation involving a person on the overpass. Word is a person has threatened to jump.

All southbound traffic on Hwy. 100 is being diverted off onto the ramp to 42nd Avenue in Robbinsdale as police deal with an unfolding situation involving a person on the overpass. Word is a person has threatened to jump.

Traffic begins slowing at France Avenue. This will be there for a while, so an alternate route is in order.
