Traffic is at a standstill on southbound Hwy. 101 from County Road 37 down to I-94 through Otsego and Rogers. That might be due to construction in the area.
On Hwy. 5, be ready for traffic jams as stoplights at Dell Road and Eden Prairie Road are out. It appears as if there is a power outage in the area.
Other trouble spots include a crash on northbound I-35W at 26th Street, southbound 694 at 10th Street and westbound Hwy. 36 at Rice Street.
We are still waiting for things to shake loose on westbound 694 at Hwy. 252, site of another wreck.
