7:15 a.m. update: Gridlock on 35E and 94

Traffic is snarled on westbound 94 from Manning Avenue to downtown St. Paul. There's crash on the right shoulder at Century Avenue and lots of drivers are slowing to take a look.

The drive on northbound 35W is bumper to bumper from the Elko exit (County Road 2) all the way to 82nd Street in Bloomington. That drive will take you over an hour.

Northbound Cedar Avenue is moving a bit better with 25 minutes needed from 35E to Crosstown.

Northbound 35E is looking pretty ugly from County Road 42 up to 494. Look for a 25 minute drive from Cliff Road to Hwy. 13.
