Authorities are responding to a vehicle vs. pedestrian accident on County 19 north of Hwy. 55 in the Medina area.
Eastbound 94 slows approaching Broadway Avenue and remains tight through the Lowry Hill Tunnel. A Highway Helper vehicle is assisting a stranded motorist on the east end of the tunnel.
You'll need 15 minutes if you are on southbound 35E from Little Canada Road to downtown St. Paul. It's also 15 minutes on westbound Hwy. 36 from Hwy. 61 over to 35W.
Republicans want to compel the absent DFL to attend House floor sessions.
