7:15 a.m. update: Delays on 94 in St. Paul at 45 minutes

Major headaches for drivers in the east metro as a crash on westbound 94 at Hwy. 52 is taking out the right lanes. That is creating a massive back up that extends to Century Avenue. It could take as long as 45 minutes to 1 hour to reach downtown St. Paul.

Southbound 35W plugs up at Lake Drive and is 22 minutes down to Hwy. 280.

It's a tight fit on northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the Crosstown. A stalled vehicle at Old Shakopee Road is part of the reason for slow traffic.
