The left lane on westbound I-94 at Hwy. 61 is blocked with a crash, and that is creating a backup that extends past White Bear Avenue.

The accident on southbound 35E at Larpenteur Avenue has cleared, but the residual effect remains in place. Expect tight conditions from Little Canada Road to downtown St. Paul.
