That pesky three-vehicle crash on southbound 494 has been taken care of and all lanes are back open. As a result, traffic is picking up the pace again and drivers can plan on 11 to 13 minutes from the Fish Lake Interchange down to 394.
Elsewhere I am seeing only minor congestion is spots, including westbound Hwy. 36 from Dale Street to 35W, southbound 35E from Hwy. 36 to downtown St. Paul and southbound 35W from Lake Drive to County Road 96.
In the south metro, traffic is flowing near the posted speeds on northbound Cedar Avenue and 35W from 35E up to the Crosstown, a drive you can make in 10 to 12 minutes.
Northbound 169 from Canterbury Road up to 494 is fine as well.
No problems on westbound 94 or northbound Hwys. 52 and 61 in the east metro.
