Westbound 94 is looking better for east metro drivers. The wreck at Hwy. 61 has cleared and traffic has improved from White Bear Avenue to downtown St. Paul.

Levels are picking up on northbound Cedar Avenue between 35E and the Minnesota River. Prepare to tap the brakes there.

Heavy traffic: That is on southbound 169 from 77th Avenue to Hwy. 55 and southbound 35W from 95th Avenue to Hwy. 280.
