7:15 a.m. update: A mundane day on the roads

There has been little activity on metro area highways and freeways, and that's good news for commuters.

There has been little activity on metro area highways and freeways, and that's good news for commuters.

At this hour a stall on the ramp from eastbound 94 to Dale Street is blocking traffic.

Look for traffic to bunch up on southbound 35E from Hwy. 36 to downtown St. Paul. That is the usual congestion and nothing that will set you back more than 5 minutes.

It's a vehicle fire on the right shoulder of westbound 494 at West Bush Lake Road. That's not causing much of gawker slow down.

Speeds are slightly below the posted on southbound 35W from Hwy. 10 to 694. It is the same case on southbound 494 from 94 to Rockford Road. Both are creating just minor delays.
