On southbound 35W, look for a stall on the right at Hwy. 10. Police activity has cleared at County Road E2 so things are loosing there. Ahead, a crash at Franklin Avenue has created stop and go conditions in downtown Minneapolis.
Look for building levels on northbound Cedar Avenue and 35W in the south metro, from County Road 42 up to the Minnesota River bridge.
Southbound Hwy. 169 is 20 minutes from 94 down to Hwy. 7.
