The drive on southbound 35W is moving faster than unusual with on a 17-minute trip from County Road I to downtown Minneapolis.

The drive on southbound 35W is moving faster than unusual with on a 17-minute trip from County Road I to downtown Minneapolis.

Drivers on Hwy. 36 will need an extra 10 minutes to get from White Bear Avenue to Fairview Avenue. There is a crash blocking the left lane at Fairview Avenue.
