7:10 a.m. update: Snow build up disrupts portion of Blue Line

Blowing snow that as piled up on tracks at 24th Avenue in Bloomington has prompted Metro Transit to stop train service between the 28th Avenue Station and the Mall of America. Buses are transporting passengers between those two stations.

Blowing snow that as piled up on tracks at 24th Avenue in Bloomington has prompted Metro Transit to stop train service between the 28th Avenue Station and the Mall of America. Buses are transporting passengers between those two stations.

Trains are running as usual on the rest of the Blue Line, said spokesman John Sqiveland.
