7:10 a.m. update: Slow roll on Hwy. 36

Drivers on westbound Hwy. 36 are in for a slow roll from Hwy. 61 over to 35W. A crash on the right shoulder at Rice Street is jamming things up. Plan on a 15-minute drive through that stretch.

I-494 through Bloomington is quickly filling in between Cedar Avenue and Hwy. 100. The worst of the traffic is westbound between Cedar and Lyndale Avenues.

Northbound 35W comes to a crawl in the vicinity of Hwy. 13 in Burnsville. Plan on 5 extra minutes there.

Westbound 94 is packed from White Bear Avenue over to 7th Street in downtown St. Paul. It's 12 minutes and growing from 694 to 35E.
