A vehicle landed in the right ditch and upside down on southbound 35E at Hwy. 13. The right lane is blocked with a State Patrol squad. Traffic is stacked up north of the scene.

In Minneapolis, southbound 35W is tight from downtown Minneapolis past a stalled vehicle blocking the right lane at Lake Street.
