For at least the third time this morning, emergency personnel are responding to a car vs. pedestrian accident. The latest is on 38th Street and Park Ave. S. in Minneapolis.

For at least the third time this morning, emergency personnel are responding to a car vs. pedestrian accident. The latest is on 38th Street and Park Ave. S. in Minneapolis.

Be watchful for those on foot. The murky conditions and the dark makes them harder to see.
