While most of this morning's problems have been confined to the north metro, drivers in Shakopee and Bloomington on northbound Hwy. 169 are barely moving. A motorist spun out and landed in the left ditch at Anderson Lakes Pkwy. It's a solid line of traffic from Hwy. 101 past the scene.
Eastbound 94 is well below the posted speeds from Brockton Lane down to the Fish Lake Interchange. Things don't get any better for those heading over to Hwy 252. It's 45 minutes from the Crow River to Hwy. 252.
Westbound Hwy. 36 is bumper to bumper from Hwy. 61 to 35W. That is 20 minutes.
