A new crash on southbound 35W at County Road 96 is blocking the right shoulder. Slowdowns begin at County Road I.
The bigger delay is on westbound 694 due to a crash involving a semitrailer truck at Hwy. 252. It's taking some drivers 23 minutes to get from 35W to Shingle Creek Pkwy. There is word of a secondary crash at East River Road.
Central Avenue is a bit busy as folks navigate around the closure of Hennepin and Washington Avenue, and surrounding streets. The Hennepin Avenue Bridge is open, however.
