The wreck on ramp from northbound 52 to eastbound 94 is just about cleared. A tow truck is on the scene loading up the vehicle that has spun out.
A disabled vehicle is off to the left shoulder on northbound Cedar Avenue at Cliff Road.
The returns were filed on behalf of themselves and others, according to federal prosecutors.
