Commuters will find heavy levels of traffic that is hampered by the traffic lights on Hwy. 65 from 117th Avenue to about 93rd Lane. That is costing drivers an extra 3 to 5 minutes.

A tire is blocking the ramp from southbound 494 to Bass Lake Road. I-494 itself is free flowing from the Fish Lake Interchange to 394.

On northbound 35W, look for a disabled tanker on the right shoulder at 110th Street. Ahead, a broken down cement mixer and State Patrol are parked on the right shoulder at 98th Street. Neither seem to be impeding the traffic flow.

In St. Paul, traffic bunches up a tad in the area of 7th Street where we have a stall on the left shoulder.

That's it for traffic issues at this hour. Not too shabby out there.
