A disabled vehicle is blocking the left lane on westbound 394 at Plymouth Road.
In St. Paul, look for a mishap on southbound 35E at Maryland Avenue where the left shoulder is blocked. It's 20 minutes from County Road 96 to downtown St. Paul.
The crash on southbound 35W at County Road D has cleared, but it's still heavy duty coming down from Hwy. 10.
There also is reports of a crash on westbound 494 at Penn Avenue in Bloomington.
