Commuters on westbound Hwy. 36 is crawling along from Lexington Avenue to I-35W. A fender bender in the left lane at Cleveland Avenue is partly to blame.

A bigger factor is the residuial effects of a big crash earlier this morning on southbound 35W at Hennepin Avenue and a second at 8th Street. That crash is gone, but traffic is still trying to recover more than 90 minutes after the wreck. Things are packed from Hwy. 36 past Washington Avenue in downtown Minneapolis.

Traffic is flowing freely on southbound 35W through Blaine. Things have loosened up there between Lexington Avenue and 694 in the past few minutes.
