7:10 a.m. update: Current travel times

The second car-deer incident of the morning comes on Territorial Road and 141st Street out in Rogers. An earlier car-deer run in on southbound 35E at 35W/E split has cleared.

A crash has just been reported on the 3000 block of Fernbrook Lane in Plymouth. A squad car might be involved according to scanner chatter.

Look for one car on the shoulder of southbound Hwy. 61 at Warner Road. Police are looking for a Metro Transit bus that might have hit it.

Southbound 35E from County 96 to I-94: 15 minutes.

West metro

Eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to 494: 22 minutes

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 11 minutes

Eastbound 394 to 35W via 94: 10 minutes

Southbound Hwy. 169 from I-94 to Crosstown: 14 minutes

Northbound 35W from County 42 to the Crosstown: 10 minutes.

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the Crosstown: 9 minutes

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 18 minutes

Northbound 169 from County 18 to 494: 6 minutes

Eastbound Hwy. 212 from Dell Road to Crosstown: 11 minutes

Westbound Crosstown from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 169: 9 minutes Eastbound Crosstown from Hwy. 100 to Cedar Avenue: 8 minutes

East metro

Westbound 94 from Keats Avenue to downtown St. Paul: 20 minutes
