A wreck taking out the left lane on northbound 35E on the Cayuga bridge has traffic stacked up to near the Spaghetti Junction interchange.

That's adding to congestion on westbound 94. A crash at Jackson Street has cleared, but things remained plugged up back to White Bear Avenue. It's 15 minutes from 694 into downtown St. Paul.

Look for minor delays on northbound Cedar Avenue due to a fender bender on the right sholder at Cliff Road.

Traffic on eastbound 94 creeps along from 57th Avenue past a stalled vehicle at 49th Avenue. It stacks up again approaching the Lowry Hill Tunnel.
