Traffic has recovered on eastbound 94 in Rogers where a crash at Hwy. 101 had blocked both lanes for about 45 minutes earlier this morning.
In Minneapolis, look for a wreck on the 35W bridge southbound at University Avenue. Traffic is crammed at Industrial Blvd. down to 94.
Police are dealing with a wreck on the southbound lanes of 35E at Hwy. 36 in Little Canada. Look out for a stall on the ramp from southbound 35E to westbound 694. It's 15 minutes from County 96 to downtown St. Paul.
