Traffic should start to loosen on southbound I-35E at County 96 now that a spinout has been cleared from the center median. For the next few minutes, traffic will be crawling along from County Road J past the scene.
Plan on 20 minutes to downtown St. Paul.
Westbound 94 drivers will lose speed between McKnight Road and 7th Street in St. Paul. A stall at Mounds Blvd. has just been towed away, but a crash reamins on the right shoulder at White Bear Avenue.
