Tuesday's rush hour is off to a good start with only pockets of congestion here and there. You'll find it in the usual places, such as on southbound 35E from Ash Street to County 96 in White Bear Lake.

There also is some slowing on southbound 35W from Lake Drive to 694 and westbound 94 from Ruth Street to downtown St. Paul.

Both directions of 494 and the Crosstown are looking good at this hour.

Northbound Cedar Avenue and 35W are moving well, but look for slow conditions approaching the Minnesota River.
