7:07 a.m. update: More tunnel trouble

A truck has stalled in the center lane on eastbound 94.

Just as the westbound lanes in the Lowry Hill Tunnel have reopened, a truck has stalled in the center lane on eastbound 94.

The center lane inside the tunnel is blocked.
