A vehicle broke down in a very unfortunate place, the left lane of southbound Hwy. 52 on the Lafayette Bridge. That's got traffic crawling from 94 past the scene.

Northbound Hwy. 52 moves well from 494 up to Plato Blvd., but be ready to ride the brakes up to W. 7th Street.

Eastbound 94 is moving very slowly from 7th Street through the Lowry Hill Tunnel. Plan on 12 minutes from Olson Hwy. over to Hwy. 280.
