A tow truck is removing a vehicle that spun out and crashed on northbound Cedar Avenue at 84th Street near the Mall of America. That has traffic sluggish coming up from Hwy. 13.
In Brooklyn Center, traffic is beginning to stack up on westbound 694 near Brooklyn Blvd. A vehicle slid off the road and slammed into a bridge piling.
It's just heavy traffic that is slowing the commute on eastbound 94 from Maple Grove Pkwy. to the 494/694 split.
On southbound 494, things are crawling from the split down to Rockford Road.
