A semitrailer truck is stalled out in the left lane of westbound 694 at Lexington Avenue. That's got traffic bogging down starting at Victoria.

Northbound 35W sputters from County 42 past a crash on the right shoulder at Cliff Road in Burnsville.

Southbound Hwy. 100 is loosening up now that a crash south of 394 has cleared out.
