A tow truck has now arrived on the scene of a crash on southbound 35E at County Road H2. The State Patrol has the right lane blocked and that is causing a traffic jam that begins at Tart Lake Road. Drive times from the Forest Lake Split to downtown St. Paul is at 25 minutes and rising.
Elsewhere on the system, it's a vehicle fire on the right shoulder of eastbound 94 at Cretin Avenue.
Look out for a vehicle that hit debris on westbound 94 at 49th Avenue. A trooper and the motorist are on the left shoulder. Some debris is still in the left and center lanes.
