The activity on the ramp from northbound 35W to 694 where a semitrailer truck tipped over is leading to gwaker slow down on the southbound side of 35W.
Traffic is already backed up to Lake Road as drivers slow down to take a look. Plan on an extra 10 minutes through there.
Elsewhere, look for a slow drive on Central Avenue from 8th Street to Hennepin Avenue.
In Plymouth, look for pockets of congestion on southbound 494 from Bass Lake Road to Hwy. 55. There is a stall on the right shoulder at Rockford Road.
