7:05 a.m. update: Current travel times

Traffic lights are out along Hwy. 65 in Fridley in the area from Mississippi Street down to Medtronic Pkwy. A transformer apparently blew knocking out electricity in the area.

In Burnsville, it's a fender bender on the right shoulder of northbound 35W at Burnsville Pkwy. that is causing a brief delay. Things loosen by Black Dog Road.

Eastbound 94 is heavy from the Crow River to the Maple Grove split.

In West St. Paul, look for a serious injury crash on southbound Hwy. 52 has the right lane closed.
