A crash blocking a couple lanes on northbound Cedar Avenue at Cliff Road is causing traffic to stack up quickly.

Southbound 35W from 95th Avenue to Hwy. 280: 19 minutes

Southbound 35E from County 96 to I-94: 12 minutes.

Eastbound Hwy. 10 from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 16 minutes
