The drive into St. Paul on westbound 94 is anything but smooth as heavy traffic has speeds well below the posted. Look for a heavy traffic from Manning Avenue all the way into the downtown commons.

Northbound 35W and northbound 169 also are struggling with extra traffic due to the flooded out crossing of the Minnesota River at Hwy. 101 and Hwy. 41.
