It looks like a crash involving up to three vehicles is partially blocking the right lane and shoulder on eastbound Crosstown at France Avenue.

Watch out for a stall on the right shoulder on westbound 694 at Lexington Avenue. Ahead, expect minor congestion from University Avenue over to Hwy. 252.

All lanes are open now on northbound Hwy. 52. The rollover crash involving a semitrailer truck has cleared at County Road 42 in Rosemount.

Elsewhere things are flowing freely and smoothly. Rush hour is actually quite nice today.
