The slow roll is on on southbound 35W from 95th Avenue to Hwy. 280. That drive is now taking 25 minutes.

On southbound 35E, traffic bunches up near County Road J. It may be that drivers are slowing to peek at the road construction in the left lane on the northbound side from County 96 to County Road J.

Ahead, things cram up between Roselawn Avenue and I-94.

Look for a pocket of congestion on eastbound 494 from Hwy. 100 to Cedar Avenue. It's also busy on northbound 35 in Lakeville from 210th Street to County Road 50.
