It may seem like a holiday, but when it comes to parking meters in downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul it's a regular Monday. You'll have to pay to park today or risk getting a ticket.

On Tuesday, the meters will be free.

On the roads at this hour, a crash is off to the right shoulder on eastbound 94 at John Ireland Blvd. in downtown St. Paul.

Light snow is moving into the metro and is starting to stick to the roads. Keep the speeds down.
