The stalled vehicle that had been blocking the left lane on westbound 494 at 12th Avenue has been moved off to the right shoulder. Traffic is heavy in the area and slows beginning at 24th Avenue.

On northbound 35W, a crash on the right shoulder at 98th Street is creating a big back up. It's 17 minutes from the 35E/35W split to 90th Street.

In St. Paul, a wreck on the right shoulder on westbound 94 at White Bear Avenue is creating a delay. Plan on 10 minutes to downtown St. Paul.
