Scanner reports indicate that a driver lost control and landed in Edward Lake. That is at Bass Lake Road and Juneau Lane in Maple Grove.

The toughest drives are on eastbound 94 through Woodbury. Plan on 90 minutes from St. Paul to the Wisconsin State Line. A fatal crash at Hwy. 95 is the main reason for the huge backup.
West metro drivers will find bumper to bumper conditions on 494, 169 and 100 in both directions from 394 down to 494. Plan on 40 minutes to make that trip.
I-94 between the downtowns is still bad with 30 to 40 minutes needed.
No better on 694 in both directions from County Road 81 over to Hwy. 10.
